MC-01 Warping roller

The CONTECH® MC‑01 warping roller is a heavy‑duty guiding roller installed on the bow or stern of a vessel to ensure smooth and controlled lead of mooring ropes or cables during berthing and unberthing operations. It guides the line from mooring chocks or fairlead rollers toward the ship’s mooring winches, reducing friction and preventing abrasive wear to both line and vessel structure.

Constructed from high‑strength steel with a precision‑machined roller body, the MC‑01 ensures reliable rotation under high working loads. Depending on vessel type and mooring arrangement, the roller can be supplied with different roller diameters, foundation heights, and optional foot designs
