The CONTECH® SI-5D Terminal Stacker is designed for securing containers in shore-based container stacks. This stacking cone is used to connect two containers vertically, providing additional stability and safety in container terminals, depots, and storage yards.
The SI-5D is inserted into the ISO hole of the bottom corner casting of the upper container before it is lowered onto the container below. Once positioned, the stacker creates a secure connection between both containers, helping to maintain stack integrity during storage.
